ACO Access covers UNIFACE

discreet access cover
  • Ensures access to technical spaces inside and outside buildings
  • Discreet appearance, integrated into the floor finish
  • Available materials: galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum
  • Standard sizes from 300x300 to 1000x1000 mm
  • Integration into finished floors up to 15 mm thick
  • The Uniface Deep variant allows installation in finished floors up to 65 mm thick
  • Load class up to N250 tested and certified according to EN 1253-4
  • Perfectly sealed, water and odor-proof, tested in accordance with EN 1253-4

  • The cover can be filled with pavers, paving stones, cubic stones or asphalt up to
    120 mm high.
  • No concrete filling required.
  • Material: galvanized steel.
  • Standard sizes from 300x300 to 1000x1000 mm.
  • Tested for load class D400 for all useful openings up to 1m, in accordance with EN 124.
  • Perfectly sealed, water and odor-proof, tested in accordance with EN 1253-4.

  • Optionally, they can be equipped with an assisted opening system with gas shock absorber.
  • Available materials: stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel.
  • Tested for load class B125 for all useful openings up to 1m, in accordance with EN 124.
  • Upon request, customized covers are available, with atypical dimensions or composed of multiple openings.

Fire Resistant design: ACO Access Covers are engineered to withstand fire.
When closed, they provide effective fire resistance, protecting the area above the cover.

Properties parameters: E120, EI45, EI₄₅ up to EI1 120, EI2 120 depending on the ACO Access Cover (FR) product range.

Verified integrity: The ACO Access Covers fire resistant have been rigorously tested and assessed by the authorized
laboratory PAVUS a.s. (authorized body AO 216).
These tests adhere to standards such as EN 1634-1 + A1, EN 1363-1, and ČSN 73 0810.

Certified classification: The fire resistance classification of ACO Access covers is declared by “Fire classification approval
of fire resistance”.
